2. Scope of Services
At Astana Mercedes-Benz Workshop, we offer a range of specialized services, including but not limited to:
- Routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations)
- Diagnostic and repair services for mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Replacement of genuine Mercedes-Benz spare parts and accessories
- Vehicle detailing and cosmetic repairs
- Warranty servicing for Mercedes-Benz vehicles (where applicable)
All services will be based on a thorough vehicle inspection, and a detailed estimate will be provided before any work is performed.
3. Appointments and Service Requests
- Booking: We recommend that customers schedule service appointments in advance to ensure timely service. Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system.
- Service Requests: Customers must provide complete and accurate details regarding the issues they are experiencing with their vehicles.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are in roadworthy condition when brought into the workshop.
- Payment for Services: Customers agree to pay for the services rendered in accordance with the approved quote. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
- Authorization for Parts Replacement: If any additional parts need to be replaced or work is required that exceeds the initial estimate, the customer will be contacted for approval.
5. Quotation and Estimates
- Estimates: All service quotes provided by Astana Mercedes-Benz Workshop are estimates based on a preliminary assessment. The final cost may vary depending on the nature and extent of repairs required.
- Approval: The customer must approve the final estimate before any work begins. If further repairs are needed, the customer will be notified, and a revised quote will be provided for approval.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: Prices may vary depending on labor time, parts, and complexity of the service. Astana Mercedes-Benz Workshop reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice if necessary.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received within [X] days after the agreed service completion date, a late fee may be applied, as permitted by UAE law.
7. Warranty on Services and Parts

9. Test Drive Disclaimer
- Test Drive Risk: If a test drive is necessary as part of the diagnostic or repair process, Astana Mercedes-Benz Workshop will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety. However, Astana Mercedes-Benz Workshop shall not be held responsible for any accidents, damage, or injury incurred during the test drive. Customers must acknowledge and accept this risk when agreeing to the test drive.
10. Customer Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our customers and will collect and store personal data (such as name, address, vehicle details, etc.) only as necessary for service provision and legal compliance. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
11. Liability for Damaged or Lost Vehicles
- Damage to Vehicle: While your vehicle is in our care, Astana Mercedes-Benz Workshop takes all reasonable steps to ensure its safety and security. However, we will not be held liable for damages resulting from external factors, such as accidents, theft, or natural disasters.
- Storage Fees: If a vehicle is left in our workshop beyond the agreed-upon pickup date, a storage fee may be applied.
12. Customer Complaints and Disputes
- Complaint Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Astana Mercedes-Benz Workshop reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing and will take effect immediately upon posting at our workshop or on our website.
